At Here-O, we take food allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements seriously.
Our kitchen prepares a wide range of sourdough donuts, mini donuts, pastries, baked goods, cheesecakes, sandwiches and beverages. Because multiple ingredients and allergens are handled within the same bakery environment, cross-contact may occur.
If you have an allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact our team before placing your order.
1. Allergen Information
Depending on the product, Here-O food and beverages may contain or come into contact with:
- Wheat and gluten-containing cereals
- Milk and dairy
- Eggs
- Soy
- Peanuts
- Tree nuts, including pistachios, almonds and hazelnuts
- Sesame
- Other allergens contained in ingredients supplied to us
Allergens vary between products, fillings, toppings, sauces and beverages.

2. Shared Bakery Environment
Here-O products are prepared in a shared bakery and kitchen environment.
Shared equipment and preparation areas may include:
- Work surfaces
- Ovens and fryers
- Mixers
- Utensils and trays
- Storage areas
- Packaging stations
- Coffee and beverage equipment
Although we take reasonable care when preparing our products, we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of allergen cross-contact.
3. Donuts, Mini Donuts & Custom Donuts
Our sourdough donuts and mini donuts may contain or come into contact with allergens including:
Wheat/gluten • Milk • Eggs • Soy • Peanuts • Tree nuts
Individual flavors may contain additional allergens depending on their:
- Fillings
- Glazes
- Chocolate
- Creams
- Nuts
- Crumbles
- Decorations
- Toppings
This also applies to custom-designed donuts and celebration orders.
Removing a topping or filling does not guarantee that the finished product is free from that allergen.
4. Pastries & Baked Goods
Our croissants, New York Rolls, twists, muffins, cookies and other baked products may contain or come into contact with:
Wheat/gluten • Milk • Eggs • Soy • Peanuts • Tree nuts • Sesame
Allergen information may differ between flavors and products.
5. Cheesecakes
Our cheesecakes contain or may come into contact with common allergens including:

Additional allergens may apply depending on the flavor, topping or decoration.
6. Sandwiches & Savory Products
Our bagels, sandwiches and savory bakery products may contain or come into contact with:
Wheat/gluten • Milk • Eggs • Soy • Sesame • Tree nuts
Sauces, cheeses, fillings and breads may contain additional allergens.
Please contact us if you require information about a specific sandwich or savory product.
7. Coffee, Beverages & Alternative Milks
Our beverage menu includes Don Tulio coffee, milk-based drinks and other specialty beverages.
Milk, alternative milks, syrups, sauces and toppings may contain allergens.
Alternative milk options may include allergens such as soy or tree nuts, depending on the product used.
Our coffee machines, steam wands, milk jugs, utensils and preparation areas may be shared between dairy and alternative milks.
Choosing an alternative milk does not guarantee that your beverage is dairy-free or allergen-free.
8. Severe Allergies
If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please contact our team before ordering.
Because Here-O operates a shared bakery environment where multiple allergens are handled, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from a particular allergen or traces of allergens.
If complete allergen avoidance is medically necessary, our products may not be suitable for you.
Where we cannot confidently accommodate an allergy-related request, we may advise against ordering or decline the requested customization for safety reasons.
9. Custom, Corporate & Event Orders
For custom orders, corporate gifting, catering, school events and private functions, please tell us about any known allergy requirements before your order is confirmed.
For group orders:
- Tell our team about known allergies in advance
- Keep different products clearly identifiable
- Retain any allergen information provided with the order
- Communicate relevant allergen information to guests or recipients
Special packaging or handling may help reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact.
11. Ingredients & Recipes May Change
Our recipes, fillings, toppings, decorations and supplier ingredients may occasionally change because of:
- Seasonal menu updates
- Product development
- Supplier changes
- Ingredient availability
- Custom orders
- Limited-edition products
If you have an allergy, please check the latest allergen information each time you order, even if you have purchased the product previously.
12. If You Experience an Allergic Reaction
If you believe you are experiencing an allergic reaction:
- Stop consuming the product immediately
- Seek appropriate medical assistance
- Follow the advice of your healthcare professional
- Retain the product and packaging where safe
- Keep your receipt or order confirmation
