Every Here-O order is prepared fresh and handled with care from our kitchen to your door.
We currently deliver across Dubai, with local pickup also available from our Production Center. Below you'll find everything you need to know about order preparation, delivery times, charges, pickup and receiving your order.
1. Order Preparation
Our products are prepared fresh for your order.
- Preparation: Typically begins shortly after your order is confirmed
- Order Confirmation: Sent by email once your order has been accepted
- Dispatch: You'll receive an update once your order is on its way
Preparation times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns and periods of high demand.
2. Delivery Across Dubai
Here-O currently provides website delivery within Dubai, UAE. Here-O
- Delivery Area: Dubai
- Estimated Delivery: 1–2 hours from order confirmation
- Delivery Fee: Calculated based on your delivery location
- Availability: 7 days a week
Your applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, demand and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Delivery Across the UAE
We deliver eligible Here-O orders across all seven Emirates:
Abu Dhabi • Sharjah • Ajman • Umm Al Quwain • Ras Al Khaimah • Fujairah
For deliveries outside Dubai:
- Minimum Order: AED 500
- Processing: Typically 1–2 business days
- Delivery: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on destination
- Delivery Fee: Based on your location and order
- Tracking: Provided after dispatch where available
The AED 500 minimum order applies to all UAE deliveries outside Dubai.
As Here-O products are freshly prepared, product availability and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the destination and delivery timeframe.
4. Delivery Charges
Dubai Delivery
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and available delivery service. The applicable charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Other Emirates
Orders delivered outside Dubai require a minimum order value of AED 500.
Delivery charges may vary depending on:
- Destination and location
- Order size and quantity
- Product type
- Delivery requirements
- Available delivery provider
The applicable delivery arrangements and charges will be confirmed based on your order and destination.
Important Delivery Information
Dubai: 1–2 hour local delivery.
Other Emirates: AED 500 minimum order + UAE-wide delivery timeframe.

6. Scheduled Orders
Planning ahead for a birthday, gathering, office order or special occasion?
Where scheduling is available at checkout, select your preferred delivery date or time.
For large orders, events, corporate orders or special requirements, we recommend contacting our team in advance so we can help coordinate your order.
7. Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order?
Free local pickup is available from the Here-O Production Center in Dubai.
- Pickup Fee: Free
- Preparation: Generally ready within 1 hour
- Availability: 7 days a week
Please wait for your order confirmation before collecting your order.
8. Receiving Your Order
Please provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order, including:
- Full delivery address
- Building or villa details
- Apartment or unit number where applicable
- Active UAE mobile number
- Any useful delivery instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the expected delivery period.
9. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address provided is incorrect, or we cannot contact the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
Because many Here-O products are fresh and perishable, an unsuccessful delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Each situation will be reviewed based on the circumstances.
10. Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Orders
Please check your order when it arrives.
If an item is incorrect, missing or damaged, contact our team as soon as possible, preferably within 2–4 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where applicable
Once reviewed, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.

11. Order Tracking
You'll receive order updates as your order is prepared and dispatched.
For UAE-wide deliveries, tracking information will be provided where supported by the delivery provider.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our team with your order number.

We always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
Occasional delays may occur due to:
- Heavy traffic or road closures
