Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Here-O Donuts. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website, www.here-o.com.

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared fresh upon receipt and are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a separate notification.

Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of exceptionally high demand.

2. Delivery Area

Here-O Donuts currently delivers within Dubai, United Arab Emirates only. We do not currently offer deliveries outside Dubai.

3. Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the delivery location and distance from our production facility. The applicable delivery fee will be displayed before payment is completed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 hours from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, high demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and contact information.

5. Local Pickup

Free pickup is available from the Here-O Donuts Production Center.

Pickup orders are generally ready within 1 hour of order confirmation.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

6. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect information, or cannot be contacted, Here-O Donuts may:

Cancel the order;

Charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery; or

Decline a refund for perishable products.

7. Order Tracking and Support

If your order has not arrived within 2 hours after receiving dispatch confirmation, please contact customer support and provide your full name and order number.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 2- 4 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number;

Clear photographs of the issue; and

A brief description.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

9. Delivery Delays

Here-O Donuts is not liable for delivery delays caused by severe weather, road closures, accidents, government restrictions, third-party courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
