1. Returns
As our products are freshly prepared food items, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered or collected, in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
2. Refunds and Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or not of acceptable quality, please notify us within 2-4 hours of receiving your order.
To process your request, please provide:
Your order number;
Clear photographs of the issue; and
A brief description.
Depending on the circumstances, Here-O Donuts may offer:
A replacement product;
Store credit;

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
Incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer;
The customer was unavailable to receive the order;
Products were mishandled after delivery;
The customer changed their mind after the order was prepared; or
Dissatisfaction is based solely on personal taste preferences.
4. Delivery Acceptance
Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered and accepted. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation has commenced.
Because our products are prepared fresh and are perishable, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun.
